Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our gloves, and each product is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure it meets our high standards. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

 

Please note the following:

 

Damaged Items:  If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange the item for the correct one, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
